Manchester 10K with my sister - Being interviewed by Jess Ennis - Why I think you should take part.

This episode I talk about my Manchester 10K with my sister. Something I want to appreciate is how amazing every single person was out there today. One of the reasons I love running is these running events. They bring people together because everyone wants to better themselves! Honestly, it meant so much to Hannah and to everyone who cheered her on during her 10K, it was so lovely to see! In the last 200 metres before we walked the end together, I was running while pushing Han in her wheelchair, Hannah’s hands were in the air and everyone was cheering “Come On Hannah” and I could tell she had the biggest smile on her face, she was so happy! Thank you everyone who supported Hannah today. This is a special experience I will cherish forever ❤️ I talk about how the day went and why I think you should consider doing a running event.
