Manchester Marathon Week.

I have changed up my episode content this week and decided I was going to talk everything marathons. After returning home after my final run before taking on the Manchester Marathon my excitement was just too much. I hope this episode either gets you though a bit of your marathon if you are taking part in one OR inspires you so sign up for your first race.
