On December 6th, 2021, the US District Court in Georgia issued a nationwide 50 state injunction against the enforcement of the vaccine mandate imposed on federal contractors. But is this really a win for the freedom minded, anti-mandate movement? Or, is this extreme overreach just a negotiating tactic meant to make the public more accepting of seemingly scaled back requirements that may prove just as imposing, though more palatable to the courts and a worn down population?
