Mandatory Video Surveillance Required at Meat Processing Facilities

Last week the Australian Meat Industry Council released updated standards for livestock processing, one of the changes is the introduction of mandatory video surveillance for accredited processing facilities. We spoke to acting CEO Tim Ryan about the changes.
