Character and attitude are massively important to me. I will never sacrifice character for talent, no matter how good an athlete may be.  I love leadership and empowering other people. I have been so fortunate to have incredible mentors in my life. I feel a strong desire and a sense of responsibility to give back to upcoming coaches who are trying to learn and advance their careers. I strive to lead by example for my athletes, and to serve my community.
