There are many legends of Elfenberg but there is only one DJ duo I could possibly be referring to announcing today’s Schirmchendrink bartenders: Mystic drums, euphoric rhythms and moving melodies – this is the unmistakable signature of the Stockholm-based DJ duo, consisting of Viktor Elfqvist and Hernik Malmberg, which has become indispensable on today’s dancefloors around the globe. Viktor and Henrik are both born and raised in the suburbs of Stockholm, where they’ve been capturing vibrant folkloric sounds from early age. Their debut EP on Lump records hit the ground running right away and is still creating waves in the scene. Further releases on labels such as Stil vor Talent, 3000 Grad or Serafin followed shortly. And it has just been two days since their latest release: the “Tanzanite & Loma” EP has been released on MoBlack Records, known for their tribal infused gems.
