Manhattan Community Access Corp. v. Halleck was argued before the Supreme Court of the United States on February 25th, 2019.  The opinion of the Court was released on June 17th, 2019 and can be found here. The Court ruled in favor of Manhattan Community Access Corp. in a 5-4 vote. Justice Kavanaugh wrote the opinion of the Court in which Justices Alito, Thomas, Roberts and Gorsuch joined.
