Manhunt underway after Marrickville stabbing

A 61-year-old man is in stable condition after being stabbed in the torso during a violent home invasion at his Marrickville unit in Sydney's inner-west. An intruder broke in through a window and allegedly attacked the victim in the hallway after he got out of bed to confront the suspect. The attacker fled the scene and remains at large.
