Manifesting Demystified Part 1

from The Soul Medicine Podcast · host Liz Nerland

In this episode I explore the concept of manifesting -not as a process of attracting but as a practice of BECOMING someone who is in alignment with what you are hoping to create.  I discuss the importance of shifting your habitual patterns of thinking, feeling and doing.  We must do something new to create something new in our life.  The old loops of thinking and feeling will just keep us stuck.  We need to recognize these patterns and find ways to interrupt them.  One of the best ways to interrupt habitual programming is to do something new! Journal Prompts in this Episode 1. Write down goals.  What are you hoping to manifest? 2.  Why is this a MUST for you?  Stop dabbling and get to a compelling reason as to WHY you need this. 3. Reflect on what has stopped you in the past.  This serves you to show your red flags - the reasons, thoughts and feelings that have been keeping you stuck. 4. Decide what actions can be taken RIGHT NOW to begin building momentum towards who you are becoming. Your homework is to cast your vision.  Next week I will drop part 2 of this series - a guided meditation that will take you into a state of EMBODYING your vision.  And it is precisely when you begin to embody this vision on a regular basis that everything begins to change.
