Jennifer’s professional career encompasses more than 18 years of experience in the marketing, PR and non-profit industries. She’s worked directly with a wide variety of clients in a broad range of categories from a regional to a global scope. Ms. Diliz is the founder of Midnite Communications, a PR/Marketing and Events firm as well as the founder of The Pet Squad, a non-profit that pairs experienced pet owners with new pet owners to help with the transition of a new pet in the home. She is also leading her team of MONAT entrepreneurs and has reached the Managing Market Builder rank in 3 months. Prior to that she was with SwatchGroup where she handled the Marketing and PR for the US and the Caribbean for Longines. Previously, she held tenure at the Marlins Community Foundation where she served as the Development Director and prior to that at the YMCA of Greater Miami as the Director of Annual Giving and Special Events.  Jennifer is an avid rescuer and has also served on numerous event committees with not-for-profit organizations throughout South Florida. Some of these include Make-A-Wish, Paws 4 You Rescue, Special Olympics, Mission International Rescue, the Miami Science Museum, Gene Spotlight, the Buoniconti Fund to Cure Paralysis, Voices for Children, the Miami Children’s Museum, South Florida After School All Stars, Women of Tomorrow, the Humane Society, Developing Minds Foundation, St. Jude, Common Threads, Chapman Partnership, Boys and Girls Club, and Big Brothers Big Sisters. She has been a Miracle Makers Honoree for Big Brothers Big Sisters; she was honored with the Philanthropy Award by Miami Fashion Week Foundation; received the Crystal Communicator Award for her PR work with Tiffany & Co. and the Paloma Picasso “Bold Collection” launch campaign. She was recently chosen as one of the 12 Hispanic Women of Distinction and will be honored during a luncheon to be held in August.  Jennifer lives in Miami with her rescue dogs Sophie, Ginger, Nala, Chloe, Grayson and her cat, Beebs.
