Manitoba health-care workers say they're struggling.Earlier this week, we heard from Dr. Shawn Young, the chief operating officer of Health Sciences Centre.He says his emergency room isn't the only care facility struggling to keep up with demand. Personal care homes are struggling, too.And it has a ripple effect throughout the entire health-care system. Sue Vovchuk joins the podcast today. She is the executive director of the Long Term and Continuing Care Association of Manitoba.
