New Orleans Pastor Manley Miller is a jack of many trades.  One of them is showing non-profits how they can vastly improve their fundraising efforts. Miller, who spent more than two years reverse engineering 'Hall of Fame' fundraiser groups - such as the American Red Cross - teaches the definitive 12 techniques that any non-profit can use to electrify their campaigns.
