Manon Obarowski: The collaborative and pragmatic approach to systems change

In this episode, I interview Manon Obarowski, a programme manager specialising in multi-stakeholder projects. She shares insights from a twin-city partnership between Strasbourg in France and Kampala in Uganda, tackling youth employment, social inclusion, conservation, and urban planning.  Collaboration lies at the heart of Manon’s work.
