SAfm — News just in is that Mantashe is considering withdrawing the Mineral and Petroleum Resources Development Act (MPRDA) Amendment Bill. The minister says the current act can govern the mining sector, and the petroleum sector can have its own legislative framework. This follows several delays in Parliament.
