Manx Rally Championship 'Null & Void' - What happens now?

On 16 September it was announced that the 2024 DPM Manx Rally Championship has been declared 'null and void' after only three of the scheduled seven rounds took place.This isn't the first time the championship has faced disruption either - in 2023 just one championship event was completed.So what is the reason for all the disruption again in 2024?
