Many of Pittsburgh's water fountains still aren't working...

When the issue of problems with the city's water fountains came up last year, the mayor's office reassured residents that a team of three plumbers could complete needed repairs. This year's inspection included all 20 fountains that were checked out last year plus eight new fountains and only half of them were operational.
