Mao: Embracing uncertainty

Today Mao called in to share her fear of failure. Moa is an entrepreneur who left a job at Google to found her startup in the tech-housing market. She connects people who are interested in co-investing in homes together. Mao talks about how it is scary to have some many people depending on you to succeed especially when they put so much belief in your company to achieve success. We as founders can easily start to doubt ourselves when things are not always turning out the way we expected them to. Moa reminds us that it is all about the journey and the people that we meet along the way and to keep things in perspective.
