Molti ritengono che solo le macchine rientrino in direttiva macchine.Per un certo periodo ad esempio, anche importanti associazioni ci categoria di produttori comunicavano ai loro soci che le pompe non erano macchine perché prive di energia propria.Evidentemente non solo le pompe creano dei dubbi ai fabbricanti o agli addetti ai lavori, se qualcuno ritiene che i motoriduttori non debbano essere marcati CE.Questi prodotti hanno un sorgente di forza o sono predisposti per essere collegati ad una sorgente di forza, inoltre hanno delle parti mobili, proprio grazie a quella forza applicata, pertanto rientrano a pieno titolo nella definizione di “macchina” presente in direttiva macchine. Inoltre tenendo conto che un motoriduttore generalmente è applicato ad un insieme di altri elementi, si può considerare una “quasi macchina” per la totalità dei suoi impieghi, ma questo non lo esclude dall’obbligo di marcatura CE, perché anche le quasi macchine rientrano nella stessa direttiva.www.marcaturace.netwww.dichiarazionediconformita.eu
