Marcela Lapertosa

Marcela Lapertosa is a passionate international education leader and experienced intercultural designer, trainer, and coach, Marcela has dedicated her career to helping people and organisations build stronger intercultural competence.With expertise in nonprofit leadership, intercultural communication, coaching, conflict resolution, and event management, she previously served as Director of Education and Intercultural Learning at AFS, where she led the development of global intercultural learning programs for students, families, volunteers, and staff.She currently serves as Director of Education at Value Learning Intercultural Specialists and President of LatinOz Queensland, continuing her work to create inclusive learning experiences, strengthen cross-cultural understanding, and support diverse communities.
