As for me, the Lord has led me in the way to the house of my master's kinsmen.’” — Genesis 24:26-27________________________________________Leading others isn’t about being in charge—it’s about having the right heart. In Proverbs 12:10, we learn that true leadership is marked by kindness and responsibility, even in small things. A righteous person treats others, including animals, with care and respect. This shows us that leadership isn’t about being the loudest or most powerful but about showing compassion and making wise decisions that benefit everyone around you.In Genesis 24, we see an example of true leadership through Abraham’s servant. He doesn’t just go about his mission randomly. He prays, listens to God, and follows the path God shows him. When he finds success, he gives glory to God. This humble, prayerful, and God-centered approach teaches us that good leadership starts with listening to God’s voice and acting in faith, not just relying on our own strength.As you move through life, whether in your family, school, or with your friends, remember that leadership isn’t about showing off or being the boss.
