He shakes the earth from its place and makes its pillars tremble.” — Job 36:5–6 (ESV)________________________________________Ever felt like you just know what to do, only to realize later you rushed in without thinking? That’s what Proverbs 12:15 warns against—the way of a fool is trusting only themselves. But the world around us is full of lessons, guidance, and wisdom waiting if we take the time to listen. Psalm 33 reminds us that God’s words are powerful—they create and sustain everything! If God can speak the universe into existence, we can trust His wisdom over our impulsive decisions. And Job 36–37 shows us God’s mighty power and insight in how He rules creation, reminding us that His understanding is far beyond ours.Life can be loud and confusing. Choices at school, friendships, or even social media can tempt us to act quickly without thinking. But choosing to pause, seek advice, and trust God’s guidance can save us from regret and open doors to blessing. Wisdom doesn’t always feel exciting, but it leads to lasting impact.________________________________________THINK ABOUT IT1. Pause Before You Act: How often do you make decisions on impulse?
