Dr. Josh King has served as Lead Pastor at First Baptist Church Lewisville since January 2024. With 23 years in full-time ministry, his passion lies in guiding established churches towards growth and renewal. This passion extends beyond the pulpit, as evidenced by his co-hosting the podcast "EST" alongside Sam Rainer, focused on equipping church leaders.Josh resides in Argyle with his wife Jacki C. King, both proud graduates of Criswell College in Dallas. He holds a Master of Arts in Religion and a Doctor of Ministry in Executive Leadership, reflecting his commitment to theological grounding and leadership excellence. When not leading the church, you might find him spending time with his three sons, exploring the Texas Hill Country, cheering on the Longhorns, or stocking up on essentials at HEB – his (obnoxiously) Texan spirit shining brightly in all he does.
