March 7 – Watch and Pray

In today’s episode, Pastor Brandon Dirmann shares a devotion from Mark 14, focusing on Jesus’ words, “Watch and pray, lest you enter into temptation. The spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak.” This message reminds us of two important truths: our spirit truly desires to please God, and yet our flesh remains weak. Rather than living discouraged, we’re invited to be encouraged that the Holy Spirit is at work within us and that our flesh is no match for God’s power. The key is engaging the battle through prayer.
