Whether it’s your parents, a coach, or even a teacher calling you out, it can feel like a punch to your pride. But Proverbs 12:1 reminds us that loving correction is actually a sign of wisdom. Why? Because it means we care more about growing than looking perfect. That same attitude shows up in Psalm 28, where David cries out to God, not with pride, but with trust—trust that even when life feels like it's falling apart, God is still strong and good. And way back in Genesis 15, we see Abram believing God’s promise even when it seemed impossible. He didn’t argue, he didn’t demand proof—he just trusted. That trust was the beginning of a legacy that would bless the entire world. When we learn to embrace correction, trust God through challenges, and believe His promises, we begin to walk the same path.________________________________________THINK ABOUT IT1.
