March and March Announced SA First Forum And March and March Foundation

Anti-illegal-immigration movement March and March says it has no plans to become a political party, announcing instead that it wants to establish itself as "an AfriForum for black South Africans" through a new legal advocacy forum and humanitarian foundation. Speaking during a media briefing in KwaZulu-Natal last night, March and March leader Jacinta Ngobese-Zuma said there was growing public pressure for the movement to enter politics. But she believed it could better serve South Africans as an independent civic organisation. The organisation announced the establishment of the SA First Forum, a social justice litigation body, as well as the March and March Foundation, a humanitarian non-profit organisation.
