Stacy Shepard is a former University of Kentucky women’s basketball standout.  Ken Disonette, an avid fan, is a consistent face at Rupp Area as he is on staff for UK games and is dedicated to growing athletes in the state.  As our official licensing executive, Scott Bottoms, describes the referee world and opportunities to partner to support extra curricular sport programs.
