We release the Royal Decree in Faith, we release the Royal Decree in Authority and we release the Royal Decree in Expectation. We release the Royal Decree in Faith. Faith has to be spoken. You cannot release a decree in your thoughts, you cannot think it. It has come through your mouth. Secondly, we release the Royal Decree in Authority. God has given us authority. We put a demand on God's word and in that authority it is done. Thirdly, we release the  Royal Decree in Expectation. We have to believe.
