Marching Through Hell

Morning Mantra: "If your path demands that you walk through hell, walk as if you own the place."  Who among us has never faced adversity? Who among us has never seen life go horribly wrong? But it’s what happens after that truly matters. It’s how we pick ourselves up in the aftermath that builds character and makes us who we are. No one else knows what YOU how your truly feel right now. They are not dealing with the consequences of what you are going through.  Therefore, their opinions and judgements are secondary to what you feel about your trauma.  Focus on yourself.
