El episodio 04 analiza la Ley Integral para Garantizar a las Mujeres una vida libre de violencia Nº348. De aquí en adelante se dedicaran más episodios a tratar la esta ley. Inicialmente se examinara los principios, como los objetivos y el ámbito de aplicación. Se pone especial atención en los derechos que la ley le da a las mujeres en situación de violencia. Al mismo se presenta datos sobre la aplicación real de estos derechos. Se presenta cifras que devela la situación real de las mujeres que denuncian violencia. Se devela acciones que ejercen las propias autoridades y falencias de la misma ley que obstaculizan el ejercicio de estos derechos. Los datos que se presentan se han extractado de los siguientes documentos: Informe Defensorial: Estado de Cumplimiento de las Medidas de Atención y Protección a Mujeres en Situación de Violencia en el Marco de la Ley N° 348.
