Marco weakens, Laura strengthens

Following a busy weekend, AccuWeather meteorologist Bernie Rayno (@AccuRayno on Twitter) is back with updates about the dual tropical threat with Marco and Laura. Over the weekend, Marco has weakened, however, Laura has been strengthening considerably and is set to become a hurricane by Tuesday.
