( sorry Jocko)A sit down with the World Famous Marcus AURELIUS Anderson 0Ted Talk Speaker, Author, Soldier, Consultant and in may mind a true STOIC.One of the most insightful and thoughtful men I have ever met, Marcus however is never caught in the “Paralysis by Analysis” Trap.He was however, Paralysed and left a quadriplegic at 38 yrs of age due to a military career, preparing to go to Afghanistan on Operations with the 10th Mountain Division (of Blackhawk Down fame). While training to deploy with the United States Army Marcus suffered a serious spinal injury. During the ensuing surgery he died on the operating table twice.Using the “Best way out is always through” mentality, Marcus overcame his disability and lifted himself form the darkest off depths to the dizzying highs of his famous Ted Talk, Authoring his book “the Gift of Adversity” and his podcast “Acta Non Verba”.Without further ado- I give you Marcus AURELIUS Anderson- a 2022 STOIC.Mindset Coach to Elite CEO's, Leaders and Entrepreneurs Author of "The Gift of Adversity” https://www.amazon.com/Gift-Adversity-Overcoming-Paralysis-Purpose/dp/1978225547 TEDx and International Keynote Speaker https://youtu.be/iXicUawrH6o Host of ACTA NON VERBA Podcast. https://open.spotify.com/show/1B0gkbZbEI7Htnl69sFlq2You can find Marcus at: https://www.marcusaureliusanderson.com/ Subscribe for more amazing tips, interviews and wisdom from phenomenal guests ------- And get your ** FREE ** copy of my 5 day Meal Plan and Exercise eBook here: https://realketonesaustralia.com/
