Margaret

from dacca · host dacca

This is a track in memory of my Aunt - Margaret Coutts - (who passed away many years ago), a warm-hearted and generous lady who was for a time stationed (in the Army) at Edinburgh Castle (pictured). I was lucky enough to attend the Edinburgh Military Tattoo with Aunt Margaret, and always associate my memory of her with the castle. My parents were working class, and never owned a car. We lived in Wiltshire, in England. Margaret would drive 650 miles down from Scotland, stay for a few days, then drive me and my sister up to Scotland and take us all over Scotland on a series of day trips. Then she would drive us back home, stay a few days, before she headed back to Scotland. Wonderful lady. ----- Image: https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Edinburgh_Castle_32.jpg ----- The track was mixed/composed using Apple loops in Logic Pro X.
