David Bender has extensive experience in contracting, litigation and counseling. Susan Jayson is executive director and co-founder of Ponemon Institute, LLC. In this role, Susan is responsible for managing the Institute's operations, including research on privacy and information management issues. Susan's background includes marketing, investor relations and corporate communications for such leading organizations as KPMG Peat Marwick, Arthur Andersen and the Financial Relations Board. Dr. Lawrence A. Ponemon is the Chairman and Founder of the Ponemon Institute, a research think tank dedicated to advancing privacy and data protection practices. Dr. Ponemon is considered a pioneer in privacy risk management and the development of the Responsible Information Management or RIM framework.
