Marina Byezhanova is a Soviet-born, Ukraine-raised, Canada-based entrepreneur whose mission is to scale the reach of people's voices. She is the Co-founder of Pronexia Inc., an HR and headhunting firm, and she is the Founder of InfluenceHR, Canada's first association of HR influencers, and she is also the Co-Founder of Brand of a Leader where they help executives and entrepreneurs identify and build their personal branding. Marina has been quoted and referenced in all kinds of publications from Inc., Forbes, Fast Company, and Success Magazine. She is presently the Canadian host of the global podcast, Forum Confidential.
