Marina Herlop ‘Heladas’
from Today's Top Tune
A classically trained pianist, Catalan artist Marina Herlop was spellbound by the power of music at an early age. But once she started writing lyrics, she fell into the idea of inventing her own vocabulary. While writing and finding the melodies, she filled in the gaps with sounds. From there, it became the style that distinguishes her to this day.
