Marina has spent the last decade as a career consultant, working alongside her clients to help them develop a career narrative that describes problem solving success instead of the usual boring list of projects folks fill their resumés with. Marina graduated from Montclair State University with a degree in Psychology and Leadership and went on to complete the Accomplishment Coaching school of Ontological Life Coach training, a one year intensive leadership development program designed to inspire growth, and a system that teaches leaders how to be rather than what to do. When not working with her clients, you can find Marina connecting with community leaders and speaking on the importance of redefining the hiring and job seeking landscapes.
