Marique’s Husband Caught their Baby with their Midwife on Speaker Phone

Today on The Natural Birth Podcast we have Marique Marique is a mama of two from New Zealand. She is an Integrative Health Practitioner who helps women prioritize their health so they have more energy, less stress and a body they love, by addressing the root cause of their symptoms. Being passionate about natural health, Marique knew she wanted to have a natural birth with her first and almost did, except for accepting the offer of, what her OB called a ”homeopathic dose” of synthetic oxytocin to speed up labour. Her hospital birth with her OB was a positive experience but Marique knew she wanted a fully natural birth the second time she fell pregnant so she decided on employing a midwife.
