Finding comfort with her camera through self portraits that helped her find self love, Marisa redefined beauty for herself and for all who see her. In losing her hair to Alopecia and her breasts to a double mastectomy due to a BRCA genetic mutation, she found self awareness and self acceptance for a new beautiful version of herself.
