One day, David Caruso, an old friend, shows up and is promptly murdered in front of everyone. What's a Parker Kane to do? Well, the answer is investigate and uncover some wild toxic waste dumping.This was a TV movie that was supposed to bring us a TV series. Thank God it didn't, or that whole Marisa Tomei career would probably have been held back when she didn't get to wow us with My Cousin Vinny".
