Mark 16, Part 2

In this episode Sharon Doran explores Mark 16: the resurrection appearances, why Jesus first appears to Mary Magdalene, and the powerful reversal of sin and curse in Christ. She highlights Mary as the apostle to the apostles, the disciples' unbelief, the signs accompanying believers, and the meaning of the ascension and the Eucharist as 'free bread' for the journey. Sharon connects Genesis and the fall to the new creation in Christ, emphasizes the restoration of equality between men and women, and encourages listeners to receive Christs rest and mission to share the gospel.
