Mark 7:1-13 Is Your Heart Far From Me???

In the face of questions about tradition Jesus challenges the hearts of the Pharisees and in turn should cause us to check out own hearts and motives.  Matt 22:37-40  "Jesus said to him 'YOU SHALL LOVE THE LORD YOUR GOD WITH ALL YOUR HEART, WITH ALL YOUR SOUL, AND WITH ALL YOUR MIND.' This is the first and greatest commandment. And the second is like it 'YOU SHALL LOVE YOUR NEIGHBOR AS YOURSELF.' On these two commandments hang all the law and the Prophets."   Psalms 139:23-24  "Search me, O God, and know my heart; Try me and know my anxieties; And see if there is any wicked way in me, And lead me in the way everlasting."   Questions?
