He then explains his decision to leave Norms Rare Guitars and join Gibson, where he helped launch Gibson TV and produce high-quality content for the brand.  Mark discusses the creation of Gibson TV, Gibson Films, and Gibson Certified Vintage. He also talks about his role in designing and opening the Gibson Experience Centers and the importance of attention to detail in retail spaces.
