Mark Carney's Liberal Party wins Canadian general election

In a remarkable turnaround, Canada’s Liberal Party has won a fourth consecutive term. It had been trailing by 15 to 20 points behind the Conservative opposition. But it’s not yet clear if they’ll command a majority in parliament.
