I’m presuming you’ve already established your why. And now, you’re going to have a goal. So whatever your goal is, write it down on paper. OK? Next, what I want you to do is I want you to write down actionable daily steps to help you reach that goal. What do you have to do tomorrow to reach one more step close to that goal? And finally, one of the most important thing that has worked great for me over the years is to give yourself a realistic deadline. If you have a goal and there’s no deadline, it’s really hard to meet that goal. OK? But make it realistic. If it’s six months, if it’s three months, is it a year? But every day, take action steps.
