Mark emphasises the importance of a strategic approach to developing a coaching culture in a school and the need to regularly revisit the question of 'Why?'. Mark gives us an insight into his theory behind starting small, building trust and relationships and over time generating a curiosity in his staff to guarantee 'buy in'.
