Mark Klaus

Mark is currently the EPA trainer of Missouri Rural Water Association. We chat about his journey from being an intern to heading up public works operations. We talk about the differentiation between a Operator and a Specialist. Mark give us tips on battling test anxiety and how to prepare for certification exams.
