A National MP on the Epidemic Response Committee wants New Zealand to be tougher at the border.Mark Mitchell told The Weekend Collective that we still haven't got that right, and it's a big risk to tackling Covid-19. He says that 4,000 people arriving since Alert Level 4 have been allowed to quarantine at their own homes, and thinks they should have been better monitored.
