From my talk with Mark, I learned that the beauty of buying land is that you can easily buy properties for pennies on the dollar because people generally don’t want them. He then sells the properties on Craigslist, Facebook marketplace, or to the neighbors! But instead of selling them directly for cash, he’s selling them with seller financing, so every property he sells gives him another stream of passive income.
