Mark Price: Finding Radical Peace During Chaos & Uncertainty

from Fiercely Human · host Beth Clayton, Mark Price

Beth Clayton (your host) is a soul-based life coach who loves to help open-hearted people break free from their own self-sabotage, outdated thought patterns, and past pain so they can deepen their relationship with their own soul's intuition, speak their truth courageously and fulfill their most authentic desires. She knows that creating in our external world is all about going deeper into our internal world and finding our own liberation. She is the creator of multiple group programs, retreats, and transformational workshops, leading hundreds of truth-seekers toward finding freedom and ease in their relationship with themselves, empowerment in their lives, and the ability to take powerful and consistent action toward their dreams.  Mark Price helps to ignite fearlessness and authenticity for creatives and entrepreneurs. With 20 years of experience as an artist and 15 years as a teacher and coach, his mission has always been to help individuals re-engineer their lives from the inside out and create sustainable change. In addition to being the founder of Alchemy Collective, he's taught for Ziva, MNDFL, and The Spring Meditation in New York City, as well as leading various corporate training programs. Mark discovered Vedic meditation after experiencing the effects of PTSD and performance anxiety. He found the effects to be so transformative that he embarked on a 17-month teacher training process which included studies in Rishikesh, India, completion of advanced courses in Vedic knowledge, as well as continued study with some of the preeminent masters of Vedic knowledge.   In this session, we will dive into: The phases that we are going through collectively during a pandemic; shock, resilience, and reintegration (destruction and re-birth) How the Vedic law of karma (cause and effect) is playing itself out through the challenges of a global pandemic.  How everything (even negative circumstances) is simply evolution.  How this time is asking us to ask the question (both individually and collectively" to assess, "What is sustainable with what we are doing right now?" How we are in a crisis of systems, and how the current government is reflecting that and serving as a destruction operator.  How darkness is always present to illuminate the light through adversity and expand consciousness.  The importance of taking action born of stillness instead of fear.  How this time is unveiling our communal Gross suggestibility that happiness lives on the other side of constant doing.   How this time is actually grounding our internal peace.  How meditation, stillness, and spiritual practice can generate more powerful, dynamic, and distilled action.  How to ground yourself around family members who disagree or are not interested in growing in the same we are growing.  How resistance is an indication we are on our growth edge.   You can find Mark at: www.alchemycollective.org @thealchemycollective on Instagram   You can find Beth at: @bethclaytoncoach on Instagram www.soulbodylife.com Grab your free e-book, "The Secrets in Your Sabotage" at www.soulbodylife.com/free-stuff Beth's TedX RIGHT HERE.
