Marked for Beauty
from The Sin Syndicate Hosted by Someone's Favorite Productions
Check the hotel rooftops for shooters, The Sin Syndicate are dodging bullets and finding pleasure in pain as they ride along with Barry Mahon’s Red Scare sexploitation, “Run Swinger Run!” The 1967 film features frequent Sarno starlet Gretchen Rudolph as the nude-in-flight from a nefarious call-girl organization selling guns to Communists and flesh to visiting dignitaries. Join us as we dissect the Mahon of it all while celebrating the life and career of Gretchen Rudolph in “Marked by Beauty.” Links: Join the community on Patreon Instagram with us at The Sin Syndicate Follow us on Letterboxd: Gentry & Casey Read the Rita Gretchen Lindabury Obituary Check out the Something Weird Channel Listen to other podcasts on Someone's Favorite Productions Contact us: [email protected] Timestamps: (00:00:35) Intro (00:01:08) Updates (00:08:45) Synopsis (00:09:30) Producers (00:14:00) Barry Mahon (00:26:00) Let's Play a Game (00:28:40) A Fantastic Story (00:50:35) Gretchen Rudolph (01:02:13) The California Films (01:20:31) Final Thoughts Links: Join the community on Patreon Instagram with us at The Sin Syndicate Follow us on Letterboxd: Gentry & Casey Check out the Something Weird Channel Listen to other podcasts on Someone's Favorite Productions Contact: [email protected]
